Prairie Avenue Residence by Choeff Levy Fischman
This modern waterfront residence designed by Choeff Levy Fischman is situated in Miami Beach, Florida, United States.
A Tropical Modern waterfront oasis, this residence exudes a luxurious laidback energy that the architects at Choeff Levy Fischman created via warm materials and wide spaces that open up and connect one to various areas of the home, each with its own purpose.
Just beyond the automated iron gate as one arrives at the residence’s driveway, a one-car garage suite with Ipe wood details is located on the left. A covered pathway adjacent to the thoughtfully designed maids’ quarters is situated nearby. Just beyond the home’s first bedroom, an open-aired courtyard leads you to the front door.
An open layout design with Capri Pearl stone floors connects the downstairs living spaces with the kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen boasts custom wood cabinetry, designer lighting, Dombracht fixtures, casual bar seating and formal seating for six all with clear views of the outdoor terrace.
Outside a minimalistic rectangular pool can be found near a cabana with grill and dining area. The exterior offers plenty of greenery and shaded areas for lounging under the hot South Florida sun. Materials used for the exterior architecture include white stucco, Ipe wood, and iron details.
Upstairs the master suite completely opens up to a wraparound balcony that also connects to the master bath. Once inside the bathroom, you’re greeted by a spacious glass-enclosed shower, stand-alone tub, and double sinks. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors completely open up to a private balcony overlooking the pool creating an additional indoor-outdoor space. Four additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms can also be found upstairs.
The home also features an office, family room, den, library, and laundry room.
